No Service: Issues At Play

    Thank you for bringing issues to our attention. We understand the concern and work diligently to improve AFN Go services. 

   

 There are a host of possible issues at play. 

    

Perhaps you’re experiencing limited connections due to your device or DISA/ base installation security and IT network security blocking or limiting the flow. 

  

  It can also be an issue of bouncing between cell towers and public Wi-Fi networks (one associated with a provider that returns a stateside location). 

    

Sometimes it's a local temporary block due to network traffic or longer/ intermittent blockages due to service providers using rotating IP address ranges.

 

     Rest assured, we will investigate this and keep you updated on the progress.


    If you have any further details or observations, feel free to share them, as they could be valuable in understanding the cause.
